Only the right people get in. Nobody sees more than their part.

In short
- Sign in with your email and password, or with Google or Microsoft on Cloud.

Everyone signs in with their own account. Ordo remembers you for 30 days on the same browser.

Type your current password and a new one with at least 8 characters. Your other browsers are signed out. This one stays.
How it works
- First sign-in: an admin gives you a first password. You choose your own the first time you sign in.
- Google or Microsoft: on Cloud, click Continue with Google or Continue with Microsoft. Ordo never sees that password.
- Wrong passwords: after 5 wrong passwords, the account is locked for 15 minutes. An admin can click Unlock in Settings → Users.
- Forgot your password?: type your email. Your admin gets a message and gives you a new password. You choose your own after that.
- Sign out: click your name at the top right, then Sign out.
For admins
- Settings → Users shows when each person last signed in, or Can't sign in yet.
- When you turn someone off, Ordo signs them out everywhere at once.
- With a company email domain, people sign in with only their user name: for example dana for [email protected].
Good to know
- Ordo keeps every sign-in, good or bad, for 180 days.
- Each person sees only their part. Team and roles
- Ordo can't be opened inside another website, and a change must come from Ordo's own page.
Questions
I forgot my password. What do I do?
Click Forgot password and type your email. Your admin gets a message and gives you a new password.
Why is my account locked?
Someone typed a wrong password 5 times. Wait 15 minutes, or ask your admin to unlock it.
Can I sign in with Google?
Yes, on Ordo Cloud. Click Continue with Google or Continue with Microsoft.
