An admin adds people in Settings → Users, each with an email, a first password, a role, who they report to and a monthly target.

They choose their own password the first time they sign in.
How it works
- Reps: see and change their own companies, leads, deals and activities.
- Managers: see their team's: themselves and everyone who reports to them.
- Admins: see everything and run Settings.
- When someone leaves: their records go to a teammate in one step, with a line in each history. Their results still count.
- Languages: English, Bahasa Indonesia and 中文. Each person picks their own, and exports come out in it.
Good to know
Forgot password? An admin sets a new one, and they choose their own at the next sign-in.
