Ordo spots duplicates as you type, merges them in one step, and keeps a copy of everything you delete.

- New company or New lead
- Start typing
If it's already in Ordo, a line under the name says so, with Open it.
How it works
- Already in Ordo?: while you type a new company or lead, the look-alikes are named.
- Merge: tick two companies or two leads and choose Merge (managers and admins). Pick what stays; everything linked moves over.
- Delete keeps a copy: Undo in the message, Restore in Change history.
- Company by email: a lead's work email links them to their company by itself.
Good to know
A merge can be undone too, from its message or Change history.
