Nothing changes by itself
A task, a note or a new stage the AI suggests is made only when you click Confirm. Call notes are saved to the deal only when you have checked them.
Only what you may see
It answers from the records you are allowed to see, the same as everywhere in Ordo. A rep's AI sees the rep's own work.
Your transcripts, not your calls
Ordo doesn't record or listen to calls. You paste or load a transcript from Zoom, Teams or Google Meet, and the AI writes it up.

Which AI does Ordo use?
Ordo Cloud uses Claude, made by Anthropic. With Ordo On-site you can also connect your own AI server, and then nothing goes outside your company.
Does the AI record my calls?
No. Ordo doesn't record, listen to or transcribe calls. You paste or load the transcript your meeting tool made, and the AI writes up the call from it.
Can the AI change my records by itself?
No. It suggests a task, a note or a deal's next stage, and nothing happens until you click Confirm. Its call notes and company details are saved only when you save them.
Is the AI in the free trial?
Yes. The 14-day trial has the AI on, with 200 AI credits for the whole trial, shared by the team. After the trial, the AI is part of Cloud + AI, with 1,000 AI credits per user a month. On Cloud, Ordo shows no AI at all.
What takes an AI credit?
A question to Ask Ordo AI, company research and an import's column match take 1 credit each. A call's notes from its transcript take 3. When the credits run out, the AI stops until the 1st of the next month, and everything else in Ordo keeps working.
